Community Impact

Creating Value Where We Operate
Revive Terra’s work in West Africa is grounded in direct employment, landowner partnerships, and returning land to productive use. Our model is designed to create long-term economic benefit in the regions where we operate, not as a secondary outcome, but as a core part of how we do business.
We hire, train, and manage our teams directly. Today, more than 130 West Africa locals are employed across field operations, logistics, site coordination, and support roles. These are consistent, paid positions that contribute to household incomes and strengthen the local economy.

Rooted In West Africa’s Future
By creating steady jobs, restoring land, and operating within a transparent, lawful framework, we contribute to long-term stability in a region that has seen too many short-term promises.
We are not filling a gap—we are helping to strengthen the foundation.
Enduring Impact,
Local Ownership
Revive Terra is not a short-term operator. Our systems are built for longevity, designed to support both the land and the communities that rely on it.
We bring structure, capital, and long-term investment into regions where follow-through has often been lacking.
By hiring locally, building trust, and staying fully accountable, we create durable value that communities can depend on.
Ongoing Training &
Community Support
Revive Terra’s training program extends beyond our direct operations to include nearby communities and independent farmers.
The goal is to support ongoing local agricultural development through access to high-quality seed, crop planning, and market linkage support.
This approach ensures that communities outside of our source farms are not excluded, but positioned as key stakeholders in the broader restoration of dormant rubber lands.
Scaling Impact Through
NGO Partnerships
Smallholder farmers and rural landowners across West Africa often face limited access to resources—not due to a lack of intent, but due to funding gaps and planning constraints. Revive Terra is engaging with a growing network of NGOs and CSOs that recognize the long-term potential of restored rubber farms.
We are currently in discussions with partners focused on food security, nutrition, marketing, healthcare, and education. With restored farms producing ad-infinitum, we have an opportunity to create impact for generations to come.
