Certified Biomass, Grounded in Local Value
We transform underutilized rubber farmland into a certified fuel supply by restoring land, supporting local farmers, and building long-term economic infrastructure.
West Africa’s “Rubber Belt” has historically been shaped by both large plantations and a wide network of smallholder and privately held farms. While some industrial estates remain, much of the region’s rubberwood now sits on dormant or aging farms—plots that are no longer productive but still rich in untapped biomass.
These underused farms present a unique opportunity. With the right systems in place, rubberwood from these lands can be responsibly harvested and processed into certified biomass fuel for global energy markets. After harvest, the land can be restored and returned to productive use through replanting, agroforestry, or community-aligned development.
In a region with a strong labor force and growing need for durable employment, Revive Terra creates skilled jobs, supports local workforce development, and builds regional capacity. We currently employ more than 130 West Africans across forestry, logistics, security, and port operations, alongside specialists in compliance, bioenergy, and project delivery.
